1. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are applicable within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

2. Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied automatically to your original payment method.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer. The customer must provide their bank account details to our support team to facilitate the transfer.
