Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund goes back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may refuse delivery when the courier arrives.
- The parcel will be returned to us (RTO process).
- Refund will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Shipping charges (₹50 or actual) are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
- Razorpay payments: 5-7 business days after initiation.
- The refund goes back to the card/UPI/bank used for payment.
COD Orders
- COD orders that are refused at delivery have no refund applicable as no payment was made.
Damaged/Wrong Product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- We will arrange replacement or full refund.
